What is climate-controlled storage and do I need it?
Climate-controlled storage maintains a consistent indoor temperature year-round. In the intense Arizona heat, we highly recommend our interior, ground-floor climate-controlled units to protect sensitive items like electronics, wooden furniture, artwork, and business inventory from warping, melting, or cracking.
Do you offer covered parking for RVs and boats?
Yes, covered parking is one of our premier amenities. We offer spacious, easily accessible covered and outdoor parking spaces perfect for RVs, boats, and extra vehicles. Located right off I-40, we are a favorite starting point for weekend trips to the Colorado River and Bullhead City.
What are your access and office hours?
Our tenants enjoy extended daily gate access from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you need in-person assistance, our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
How secure is ExStoredinary Storage?
We take the protection of your belongings seriously. Our facility is completely fenced and gated, requiring an electronic access code to enter. The property is also monitored 24/7 by high-definition security cameras.
Does the facility provide moving equipment?
Yes, we provide complimentary dollies and handcarts to make your move-in as smooth as possible. All of our interior units feature ground-floor access, and we also offer exterior drive-up access units so you can unload right at your door.
How do I pay my storage bill?
We offer a highly convenient, contactless online bill pay system. You can log into your account 24/7 from your computer or smartphone to make payments manually or set up automatic monthly billing.
Are leases long-term or month-to-month?
We operate on flexible, month-to-month leases. You are never locked into a long-term contract and only pay for the time you actually need the space.
